Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Shift | 13-Week Assignment | 30 Hours Guaranteed Per Week

Key Responsibilities

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Provide direct patient care to support functional independence and rehabilitation goals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
Adapt therapeutic activities to meet the individual needs of each patient

Required Qualifications

Current COTA certification through NBCOT
Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
Prior clinical experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Ability to work a rotating shift schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
