Cafe JobCapable of preparing and executing recipes for all menu items in the Cafe offered daily, to include soups, salads, sandwiches, daily special etc. Responsible for standard food preparation and service work including sanitation duties, and various serving responsibilities. Has knowledge of proper food handling procedures and government regulations regarding the food code. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the food industry. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. May lead and direct the work of others.
