What You'll Do

• Guide customers through a modern, relationship-based buying experience
• Conduct needs assessments, present vehicles, and lead test drives and demos
• Provide transparent pricing, payment options, and trade-in guidance with leadership
• Follow up by phone, text, video, and email, and log every interaction in the CRM
• Work internet leads, walk-ins, and appointments with urgency and professionalism
• Partner with the BDC to maximize appointment show rate
• Deliver vehicles, explain features, and set expectations for ownership
• Grow repeat and referral business through after-sale follow-up
• Participate in training, product sessions, and team meetings

• Consistent follow-up and strong CRM compliance
• High appointment show rate and a quality showroom experience
• Strong closing percentage with customer satisfaction at the center
• A healthy pipeline of referrals and repeat customers
• A team-first attitude that supports store goals and culture

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Comfort with technology (CRM, text and email, digital retailing tools)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Preferred: 1+ year of automotive or other sales experience, CRM familiarity (VinSolutions or similar), and a record of follow-up discipline
